Within California, all sales at are taxed at current San Francisco County, California rates of 8.75%. For orders shipped outside of California, no tax is applicable.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging, along with a completed return form. Returned items and return shipping costs are your responsibility until they reach the return address. Please keep a record of your return tracking. A refund will be issued once we receive returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges.
If for some reason your purchase does not work out, we accept returns that have been postmarked within 7 days of receiving for exchange or refund. Please email us within 7 days of receipt of your order for return authorization. All shipping charges are non refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.

Any custom orders, artwork, books and sale items are Final Sale. Vintage goods are noted for their condition, age and are what give these products that unique quality, therefore all vintage products are final sale
Any item returned after 7 days from when you receive your item is not eligible for refund or store credit.
Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges. Your refund will either be credited to the credit card used for the original transaction, or returned for store credit. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
