Return Policy
Please email us as soon as possible at atelier@anyondesign.com if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
No refunds. Store credit only within seven (7) days of purchase.
Any items that are damaged will not be eligible for return. Store credit does not include any shipping or handling charges.
Trade Program Terms & Conditions
Anyon Atelier is pleased to offer items on a 48-hour memo. All items taken on approval or memo require a credit card for deposit. It is expected that all items will be returned in their original condition. Should any items be kept past the 48-hour window, the credit card on file will be charged.
Memos for client approval require a 10% restocking fee or purchase in the equivalent amount. Memos for photoshoots will be issued a 20% restocking fee or purchase in the equivalent amount. Any items returned with damage will be charged in full. We reserve the right to decline memos on certain items.
Exclusions and Items Not Eligible for Return
Any artwork, books, sale items and custom orders are final sale. Vintage goods are noted for their condition, age and wear are what give these products that unique quality, therefore all vintage products are final sale.
Where We Ship
We ship to domestic US delivery addresses within 48 states. We can also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and addresses when they have a US zip code. However, additional shipping charges may apply, and delivery may take longer. Please call us at +1.415.829.2758 for a shipping quote or any other questions you may have. Orders and Shipping
All Domestic US shipping is through UPS or USPS. Most orders are shipped from San Francisco, CA or Dallas, TX. Orders will be shipped 24-48 hours after your order has been placed, unless noted otherwise. Domestic shipping costs are calculated by weight.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.
Orders Over $500
Delivery of any product costing in excess of US $500 will require a signature acknowledging receipt to be delivered. Such products cannot be left at places of delivery stipulated in your order if you, or someone you have authorized to accept delivery, is not present to accept delivery. Anyone at the delivery address who is 18 years of age or older will be deemed to be authorized to accept delivery on your behalf. Once a product is delivered to you, or if a signature is required, delivery is signed for by you or by someone at the delivery address, responsibility for your purchased product(s) passes to you.

Taxes
Within California, all sales are taxed at current San Francisco County, CA rates of 8.75%. For orders shipped outside of California, no tax is applicable.
